In 2005 I took a BRAVE leap of faith and went to SUNY Plattsburgh where I  studied sociology. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in 2007 and landed my first job as a case manager at a family shelter in the Bronx. I then continued my work in social services and grew a love and passion for instructional design, workshop development, and facilitation. In 2011, my life changed forever and I became a mother. The scariest decision I ever made was the best decision I ever made.

 

When I gave birth to my daughter, I also gave birth to my brand, "The BRAVVE Life" and for the first 6 years of becoming a mom, I learned how to be BRAVVE (Bold Radical Authentic Vulnerable Victorious Empowered). It was on that journey that I understood more of who I was and what I was created to do. I know now that without my daughter I could not be who I am and I would not be where I am today had I given up on my dreams. I have always had a heart for service and giving back. My love for writing, creativity, non-profit management, program development, and workshop facilitation led me to build a business where I can incorporate all those elements into one all while sharing my gift of writing and my story to impact the lives of others.

 

My company BOLD Creatives Instructional Design Co., creates, develops, and designs training materials, workbooks, worksheets, and training for small businesses, coaches, entrepreneurs, and coaches. As a creative writer, strategist  and teacher, I teach new and seasoned writer, business owners, and entrepreneurs how to create, develop, and produce their signature offer based on the power of their story.  I love what I am able to do because it allows me to use my voice and share my story with those who are connected to me. To think I am just a girl from The Bronx, NY, foster kid who is now impacting lives with the words from the heart and the stories of my journey.
